with delicious drinks, including premixed
cocktails made by MOTH. But here’s a top
tip: grab your extra ingredients and pro
paraphernalia from the pub. Our bar team
will be delighted to help elevate your
in-room sipping.
MOTH Espresso Martini
Ask the bar team for a bucket of ice, and a few coffee beans.

is all yours.

To make it, grab the ice bucket to chill your martini
glass (it’s already in your room) until it’s nice and frosty.
Then shake the can quite hard at least 昀椀ve times (this
makes a good layer of froth on top). Open and squeeze
the can, pour the silky dream of a drink into your glass,
and garnish with three coffee beans (symbolising health,
wealth and happiness).
MOTH Negroni
Ask the bar team for some ice cubes and an orange slice
or strip of peel.
To make it, simply throw a few ice cubes in the rocks glass
you’ll 昀椀nd in your room, pour in the premixed Negroni,
then drop in your orange slice or twist of peel.
